Adding an Estimate Predefined Note

When the Predefined Notes List dialog box opens, select the note(s) you want to attach to the estimate line. Then, select the OK button.

To select an estimate predefined note

  1. Open the workfile.
  2. Select the Estimate tab, and then select the Edit tab.
  3. Select Estimate Properties from the ribbon bar. The Estimate Properties sheet opens
  4. Select the Notes tab.
  5. Select the Predefined Notes List option, and then select the note from the list.
  6. Click OK to close the screen.
  7. Click Save or Save and Close.

Note: If you know the Predefined Note code, you may enter it in the Codes field, and then select the Get Notes button.
